Wine Tour is This Month!!

Saturday June 29th

Our Wine tour this month will be featuring Dakaro Cellars, Wild Card Brewery

and Mary's Pizza Shack's Wood Fire Pizzas. The morning will start off with

Champagne and depart from Vintner's Cellar at 10:00am.  We will drive in

the comfort of a charter bus to Dakaro Cellars. Once at the vineyard we will

meet David and Kathy Roth. We will walk through the vines as Kathy devulges

her wealth of knowledge from vines to wines. David will be pouring wines as

we enjoy the comforts of the patio and yards of the old ranch house.

Charlew will be joining us at the vineyard to make us custom gourmet wood

fired thin crust pizzas that his family has been making since the 50's.

We will depart the vineyard and head back towards Redding where we will

meet the newest memebers of the local brewing community,

Wild Card Brewery. Located just east of Redding we will talk with locals

Jeff and his wife Jenny about the art of brewing and taste some of the
